It’s always a pleasure to seek inspiration from what nature provides and seakale is the star ingredient in the dish of the day. 

Pan Seared Sea Bass, Sea Kale, and Fennel with Potato, Kalamata Olives and Capers, add a generous squeeze of fresh lemon to finish it off, the perfect dish to end an evening.
