I trained as a modern style seafood chef at Cruise Café, a 4-star restaurant in Knysna, South Africa and completed my Chef certification at Bradford College, West Yorkshire.
In 2019 I was invited to participate as a contestant on Master Chef: The Professionals
I craft luxurious food that is a fusion of Nouvelle, Modern British and South African cuisines and have spent the last twenty years mastering the balance of flavours in sustainable, local produce and foraged edibles.

I offer bespoke dining experiences in the comfort of your own home or preferred venue. I go out of my way to determine your preferences and requirements and I am as passionate about creating the best possible intimate table for two as I am about satisfying large parties of diners for some of my celebrity clientele.
The Chef’s Table Experience
For an even more memorable experience, you and your fellow diners can spend personal time with the Chef, learning about new techniques and how to work with local seasonal produce and foraged edibles. By special arrangement, interested diners can join me foraging for the edibles that we plan to use in the “Chef’s Table” experience.
In addition to offering you the benefit of my culinary expertise I offer master classes which can be conducted in your own kitchen or mine where I will teach to reproduce the best of your dining experiences with me.
My weddings and events service established in 2017. Since then I have been creating food memories using the finest ingredients the South West has to offer. I offer a table dining experience with a selection of event menus to choose from. I can also coordinate or provide event setup including table layout and decoration with all flatware and cutlery provided. I am also able to provide an onsite bar service.
Fine dining to your door
Since my ability to create the fine dining experience in your kitchen is limited by distance, I have developed a system of preparation and packaging that allows you to experience the luxury of fine dining anywhere in the UK. I prepare and cook most of the food and sauces in my own kitchen. Ingredients that cannot be reheated without compromising flavour are prepared and packaged ready to cook. In every delivery I include detailed instructions on reheating, cooking and even plating the meal.
